Aluminum, Steel, & Copper Chip Collection Vacuum

aluminum, steel, copper, and metal chip collector vacuum

American Vacuum Company provides industrial vacuums that are used for collecting metal chips from small to large size machines as well as for general cleaning of machines and the areas around them. Our vacuums are equipped to run 24/7.  Our metal chip vacuum collector's come with unique features that allow for clsoe source capture and periodic clenaing for the following applicaitons:

  • CNC Lathes
  • Turbing Machines
  • Grinding Machines
  • Stamping Presses
  • And more!

From aluminum, steel, and copper chips, our vacuums have the capability to collect all metal chips, dry or wet. With our vacuum systems you can either pull into the standard vacuum bucket located on the vacuum or you can install what we call a knock out separator. This can range from a 18 gallon separator to a 55 gallon drum to a stand alone cyclonic separator that can dump the chips into a bin of your choosing below. By using a knock-out separator you can collect the chips in a bin that is convenient for you to handle.

Metal Chip Vacuum Collector Benefits:

Using a vacuum unit as a chip collector offers many advantages to conventional chip collection methods. When capturing the chip with a vacuum you can efficiently remove that chip from your production process and help cut down on defects caused by chips. Vacuums offer a great alternative to the chip conveying system or no collection method at all. Whether you are looking for continuous collection or periodic clean-up in-between a production run, American Vacuum has a unit that suites your application.
