Central Vacuum Separators

Pulse-Jet Automatic Filter Cleaning Receivers

These receivers utilize compressed air to “blowback” the filter sleeves. Using diaphragm & solenoid valves the process is done via either a Photohelic switch/gauge or a Solid state sequential timer. Units are normally equipped with automatic discharge valves assuring of a completely automated recovery and discharge system. Ideal for heavy loading of products or recovering very fine powders.

Stand-Alone Primary Separators

We offer a full range of cyclonic free standing separators. Capacities from 14 to 59 Cu.Ft. Internal enhancer shell maximizes air/material separation. Units offered with either saddle supports or free-standing support legs. Abrasion plate inlets to minimize wear to separator shell. Separators have cone bottoms for discharge and can be equipped with manual or automatic discharge valves. Stainless Steel receivers also available.

Roll Forward Hopper Separators

These self-dumping sealed hoppers are perfect for bulk loading applications. Hoppers come in 1,2 or 3 Cubic yard capacities. Portable or Stationary. All are equipped with fork-lift pockets for ease of transport. Hinged lid and roll forward mechanism makes for a simple dumping process. Special wear plates and cyclonic lids available.

55 Gallon Separator

This arrangement is ideal for sump cleaning, salvage of valuable scrap, bulk loading or flood control. The transfer lid fits any steel 55-gallon drum and is lightweight and easily moved from drum to drum. 1-1/2”, 2” or 3” Inlet/Outlet connections. Like the 18-gallon above add a liquid shutoff to prevent overfill or add filter system to contain all product being recovered. We offer drums in painted steel or stainless. Heavy duty dolly cart with pull handle also available. Also special cyclonic style lids for highly efficient separation of even light material.

18 Gallon Separator

Our 18-gallon size separators are offered as either portable or stationary. Ideal for use with central vacuum cleaning systems where certain materials or liquids need to be separated from the main system. Tanks are stainless steel for easy cleaning. Our wet separators are equipped with liquid shut-off devices to prevent overfill and have a "tip and pour feature. Separators can be equipped with filter systems preventing any carry over to vacuum.
