Flux Recovery
The Arco Wand, Model F-1 00, is designed for mounting
directly on the Flux Hopper. It is light, compact, simple in operation and powerful enough
to do an excellent recovery job.
The F-1 00 operates close to the work and is always within
easy reach of the operator. In congested areas, where space is at a premium, no long hose
runs are necessary, and valuable floor space is saved.
Machine will pick-up and discharge flux into the Flux Hopper.
Unit base dimensions (9" x 7 1/4") fits most Flux Hoppers.
Adapters are easily fabricated for other Hoppers.
F-100 will recover up to 25 pounds of flux per minute.
| Additional flux can be added to the hopper without removing or
starting the unit, and during the welding cycle. One quick,
snap-open door for easy slag removal and filter cleaning. No filter gaskets to leak or
replace. Accessible from floor.
Motor and fan assembly easily detachable for servicing. Operates on
115 Volt, AC/DC, 25 to 60 cycle. 230 Volt motors provided at small extra cost. Consult
factory.
Field operation easy on 11 5V-DC from most DC welding generators. |

and stop circuit, or independently.

F-100 can be equipped with magnetic separator at very
small extra cost. Consult factory. Slag screen, filter and one
length of 1-1/2" x 10’ heavy duty flux hose are included with the machine.
F-100 can be mounted left or right handed.
The F-100 is intended for use on an intermittent duty
cycle. Where 24 hours per day or continuous operation is a must, please see back page of
